Hey everybody! Episode 65 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Kunti. I met Kunti in the Sacred Valley of Peru where she was running a temazcal, a traditional sweat lodge from Mexico. I really enjoy that medicine and connected with Kunti and felt she held a beautiful space. We have gotten to know each other more and have both become more familiar with each other's respective work. It was a pleasure for me to sit down and connect with her. We did a long podcast, my longest yet at close to five hours. So I decided to split it into two parts. In the first, she talks about her background, the medicine of the temazcal, and the Sun and Moon Dance. In part two, she speaks about frog and toad medicines: kambo and buffo. We've both had a similar quest and interest in spirituality, shamanism, martial arts, and religion. We both have spent time with different cultures learning about various paths of healing and medicine. And we both share a common teacher who works with Amazonian medicine. This was a long podcast and we went into a lot of topics around shamanism, plant medicines, ayahuasca, tobacco, and also touched on some of the current world situation. I really enjoyed catching up with Ben and having him share in his wisdom, life path, and thoughts.
